3208turbo idler pullies

Hello i brought a 1980FC33SB back in may have put on 8,000.miles on it
with no problems.The first owner had a new 250 turbo engine put in the
bus when it was two years old and 22,000 miles I have the paper work
from the cat dealer who did the work.Has anyone had to replace thier
idler pullies?is it hard to to do ? mine are starting to make niose
