South Padre Christmas/New Year's Break
Mike:
If the creeks don't rise, we look forward to seeing you and others. Thanks for the info, I do not need to line the coffers of the local constable. Been there before. It will take 5-6 hours. After you get off Highway 37, there are lots of smaller towns along the way that cause you to slow down. Once you turn on Park Road 100 from Harlingen to South Padre, you absolutely will want to obey each and every speed limit in each of the little towns along that road! ;^) Mike Bulriss 1991 WB40 "Texas Minivan" San Antonio, TX --- In WanderlodgeForum@yahoogroups.com, "Leroy Eckert" > > Mike: > We reserved from Dec 23 -30 at Destination RV, South Padre. We will spend the week or so earlier in the Texas Hill Country. How long does it take to drive from SA, TX to South Padre. Trying to work an unstructured schedule.
