Cruise Control???

Yes, I believe that is the throttle cruise connection. On mine it goes from the
actuator to
the throttle linkage. Do you have an actuator in place? My vacuum generator
failed and I
decided it to replace the vacuum system with an electric version since the
vacuum system
did not work that well anyway.
