Replacing flooring ???
Jack- that stuff from Home Depot is the handyman's do it yourself version of
commercial carpet tiles. Those tiles are used in extremely heavily traffic areas, such as airports, schools, etc. The intended use of those means that any one that gets soiled or damaged it can be removed and a new one inserted. The edges are pre-trimmed at the factory. If I remember correctly, they have a poly back and are quite heavy. They are also kind of hard to cut- sharp knife is a must.
