3208 NA rpm
What is the top rpm of a 3208 NA in a Bluebird.
My '78 peaks about 25 or 2600. I can put the trany in 3rd and take it
to the top speed and it stops at 2500 and doesn't shift, so the trans
doesn't register an over speed. Is this normal, or is the high idle or
throttle linkage in need of adjustment? I thought the top RPM was
closer to 3000.
