Mike Will an oil analysis tell you the bearing condition or do you need to
drop the pan?

300HP @2800, 743 lb. ft. of torque @ 1600, 1450 lbs. dry, approved
for RV's up to 36,000 GVW. For all you owners of 250 HP 3208's there is
one caveat: Brochure states: Not recommended for sustained, high
mileage, on-highway use.
