Power problems 1988 pt40
Robert,
I had this problem once, and found a loose ground wire in an 110V electrical recptical. It was on the GFI circuit in the bathroom, and I know you said you don't have such a circuit, so I don't know if it could be the same problem possibly for you as was for me.
