Hi Ron,
By process of elimination, from what you stated below; The keypad works, the lock works with a key and compartment locks are working. About the only things left are the unlock relay or solenoid (one of which is what you hear clicking) and the possibility of loose or disconnected linkage from the solenoid to the lock or a faulty solenoid. Removing the interior trim on the door is straightforward and this will allow you to see exactly what is happening inside. You may have to destroy the wood plugs covering the screws if you have a wood panel on the door. They are available at any Lowes or Home Depot. Rich D.
