PT cruise control

I have made a deal to purchase a PT38, so if everything goes well, I
will have many questions as I move my learning curve from FC to PT.

First question: seller says cruise control is not operational, he does
not know why. Are there any common cruise problems that I should try
to troubleshoot once I get the coach?
