4-ways and their use
You should be aware that in California, the law requires that you
must use a marked "turnout" if you are traveling significantly below
the speed limit and have 5 or more vehicles following you. (My father
wrote this law when he was in the state legislature.) Failure to
comply with this law can result in a similar fine as a speeding ticket.
