Ford 391 motor

Hi Everyone,

I'm one of those "lurkers"
I am considering an early 70's FC with a Ford 391 gas engine in it.
Does anyone have experience with that motor?
Comments? pro / con
Is that a solid motor?
Big enough to do the job?
