How do you remove the upper dash panel?

If they are currently covered in vinyl, like Pokeys were, I'd use Mar-Hyde
vinly paint, I think it is a Duplicolor product. It's a aerosol can product
that's easy to apply, comes in lots of colors. Good Luck, Doug
