How do you remove the upper dash panel?
John,
If they are currently covered in vinyl, like Pokeys were, I'd use Mar-Hyde vinly paint, I think it is a Duplicolor product. It's a aerosol can product that's easy to apply, comes in lots of colors. Good Luck, Doug bubblerboy64 I am not certain what you would correctly call the piece I want to remove. Its front panel at head level above the windshield, above the panel that contains the radio and heater controls. I looked around and the screws holding this piece in place are behind the elbow shaped ends of the side compartments. If I could get the ends of the side compartments off I believe the front panel would be easy. For the life of me I see no way to get those small elbow shaped panels loose. Gotta be a way. My goal is to cover the old black panels at the front of the bus with some light colored vinyl or leather. Wouldn't think this too difficult once removed. Appreciate the help.
