Radiator site glass removal--any tips?
Ed,

Rather than risk a broken site glass or a leaky new one, I cleaned
the original glass.
I used a stiff wire, like a coat hanger, bent into a large U shape.
also a terry towel or shop rag cut into 1 inch strips.
Make the strips long as not to lose them into the reservoir.
Keep poking at the inside glass and eventually it will get clean.
Have patience with this hand method and it will become clean.
