Jury Duty Scam
AT my Last Jury Service summons, the coordinator asked for the
medical excused and convicted felons to approach the clerk for dismissal. I raised my hand and asked if dismissal was a perk of a felony conviction? She said felons can't serve and thus are excused. I asked to be excused on felony grounds. She quickly responded that lying on your questioner is against the law.
