rear end lube
Ron: I've used synthetic gear lube in everything I own for the past
25 years. Synthetic gear lube is compatible with almost all non-syn
lube. In fact it's highly recomended in rig's like ours and almost all
pickup truck manufacturer's suggest that if your pulling or doing hard
work with you truck that you switch to synthetic gear lube. Nothing
special is required just drain and add the new. It's kind of like
putting the synthetic transmission fluid in, by the time it's been
changed twice it's all synthetic. In my 93pt I use amsoil 80W-140wt.
cost is $6.05/qt. I change it every two years. Bob 93pt Il.
