Electrical Trouble

Can anyone with electrical experience help me with this situation? Here
recently I'm experiencing high voltage on both leg meters, actually
pegging out. Also the red light on the polarity monitor is slightly
blinking....however, the yellow indicator showing correct polarity is
constantly on as well.

When starting generator all works perfectly...I've checked shore
voltage and polarity..its all checks out OK. I have a new cord reel I
installed a couple of months ago?? this only occurs when I plug into
shore power.. I would think since it works OK on generator it must be
the shore power cord or connection. Any trouble shooting help would be
appreciated..thanks for the input
