doorbell
Ernie,
My door bell was also shot on my "Bird and I just replaced it with an inexpensive wireless unit that I purchased at Lowes. http://www.lowes.com/lowes/lkn?action=pr...tId=77189- 234-LE-6140&lpage=none http://tinyurl.com/cnq65 I used a piece of aluminum to cover the old door bell switch hole and then mounted the new switch to it. the door bell unit itself can be mounted anywhere inside of the 'Bird, so that it is out of the way of that wildly swinging chair.
