RIV location change
My initial impression is that it doesn't seem like a bad idea to move
it around the center portion of the country to help more people to attend. Logistically, it will be a lot more of a challenge for the factory to pull off each year. Finding places large enough to hold everyone that might attend is a real challenge, but FMCA does it (I noted the KOA has something like 187 total sites, and there were what, 200 at last year's? What if it grows to 300 or 400 like year's past? Do you limit attendance based on first come to register and then potentially alienate others? There's a PR nightmare.) I'm sure some purists will moan the moving of RIV, but new company, new direction, move forward from the past and create your own history isn't all bad. Easing the travel burden of everyone outside the southeast might even increase attendance. Good luck to them.
