Klunking noise

I cant find any written confirmation of my $9.00 brake roller
KlunkFix (googeled more hits with clunk) but the most it will cost
is $18.00 and time if you have the ability to pull a wheel, the drum
will pull over the lugs. I think the roller and bushing are the
issue and the cam may also have a flat spot?
