While Flying J shows low in VA/NC/SC/GA, they don't show any place out. I
suspect that cities are worse than truck stops out on the Interstates.

Driving around Norfolk/Portsmouth today I saw bags on pumps at around 10% of the
stations. Strangely they weren't the cheapest within blocks! There was a Rally
station in Carrollton with a dozen or so islands at under $3.50 per gallon
(average here is 3.69-3.89) and it was traffic jammed but appeared to be pumping
on all islands.
