Thanks Terry. That's very frustrating - us owners are out the $20 in
fees to ship the darn thing every time. And after 3 years of this game the warranty expires and I guess we're just SOL... Are there any equally nice pumps with the variable flow setup that actually last? I can tell you this much... I'm buying a second pump before I ship this one back, and putting valves in and a pump selection switch.
