Hi Nate:
That is the pump motor and reservoir for the HWH jacks. Most often the wet look is from filling while the jacks are extended, then of course when they retract, oil goes everywhere. You will find the fill spout under the second step in the entry way. Lift up the step, remove the cover plate and you will see the blue top screwed into the tank opening. Oh and it is not oil, it is dextron 3 or what ever the latest is. You use the same thing in your power steering reservoir under the dog house.
