Companies close the doors and use all these cease to exist, chapter
bla bla bla stuff but hang on to existance so federal and state tax obligations dont transfer forward. Managers, owners, gp's, excetives have personal lives. when they enter your personal life to make a sale or contract, you have a personal connection. Knock on their door. I usuly go over for morning coffie. On a related topic one of my axle bearings was making noise so I greased it. didnt have time or enough money to get to the others yet but they arent sound up.
