Rear view monitor
Wayne,
How do you turn the tv off/on if it's behind the clear panel? Or, did you just remove the clear panel? Jerry 85 PT40 --- In WanderlodgeForum@yahoogroups.com, Wayne Kotila > > I have a 1985 PT40 and had to replace my rear camera monitor above the windsheild. I went to Radio Shack and bought a small 12 volt black and white tv that fit behind the existing clear panel, I think it was a 5", I did this about 5 years ago and I think at that time I paid $79.00 for the tv. > Wayne > > > > > ________________________________ > From: jburgessx2 > To: WanderlodgeForum@yahoogroups.com > Sent: Sunday, March 29, 2009 10:04:10 PM > Subject: [WanderlodgeForum] Rear view monitor > > > Has anyone replaced the tv monitor for the back-up camera on an 85 PT40? My tv/monitor seems very worn out, heavy and needs to be replaced. Of course, I would like to do it as economically as possible. Also, do I have to replace all the cables or will the existing cables work with new systems. I realize I might have to replace the camera as well. > > Thanks in advance. > > Jerry > 85 PT40 > |
