1979 3208 Starter and Solenoid
Henry - some times I had to loosen the exhaust on the starter side to get the starter off. Then I made a long extension to get the rear inboard bolt out of the starter. Most any starter shop that deal with trucks can rebuild it. I almost bought a rebuilt spare and the owner who bought my 78 FC 31 did get one before he went to Costa Rica in it.

(2) Any unique issues, to watch out for, when removing and replacing these items? Thanks, "Henry%40henryfclaeys.com" and at cell number 888.745.1439. 1979 FC 35 SB, McAllen, Tx |
