Generator Problem

Robert, just got in from being out today. Ralph may have an idea on this dillema. It sounds like an electrical issue, but I don't know. One thought, what is the condition of your generator battery? Mine was fair at Q this year, but was so weak it would not start the generator. Replaced that and all is well. It is a yanmar. I started it and it ran for some time normally then shut off. Now it will not start from any of the switches, I just get a clicking noise from one of the bosch relays in that little metal box by the gen in the foreward compartment. I replaced that and it does the same clicking. I can start the genarator by jumping across the starter while holding the throttle solonoid in a bit, but it stopps as soon as I let go.
