Ckt breakers cheched OK.

Today I took the cover off the AC breaker panel.
I disc. the two inputs to the panel and swapped them. Started the genset
and had power to both legs. I ran it for about 20 minutes. Nothing abnormal. I
am curious as to why the main voltmeters both about 130v.
Is that in range?
