After an extensive search of the inter-net produced no results, I went to a small electric repair shop that we had used when we lived in Minneapolis, MN. He testedthe motor and determined that the armature needed rewinding. Cost was about $100.We got it back yesterday and installed it and ran it for over an hour with no problems.
