AC one leg
Hi Art,
It sounds to me like you "could" have a welded transfer relay. This can happen when an A/C compressor tries to start while in the invert mode. Are any of your A/C's powered through the inverter? -Shane --- In WanderlodgeForum@yahoogroups.com, "artw" > > Shane, > > Good to hear from you. > > The inverter does work from batteries to AC. Futher more, I reconnected > the inverter inut AC leg back to the breaker panel (with the inverter > AC output still disc.). In that configuration the generator AC leg was not dropped. This gets curiouser and curiouser. I am taking a battery > charger with me. Will plug it in when the generator is running. > > My inverter is located in the middle small closet behind the bed - > doesn't get wet or dirty, but I have to remember to leave the closet > door open for cooling. > > > Art Weatherly > Riverside Ca > '85 PT36 > |
