Bendix air pump replacement

Jay,
There is some pretty decent information troubleshooting the Bendix
pump and system on the Bendix site.

Might check it out before you replace the pump.

Mine is pokey getting there to the cut-off pressure but it does
eventually. I'm sure there is an optimum time from stat-up to cut
off that typifies a healthy air system

I was reading also that leaky check valves near the rear axle can
get gunked up and leak too. Course any leak in the system would
place extra stain on the pump.
