Yes, these are rebuildable. I am not sure if you can pick up a new one for your coach or not.
I would find a reputable repair shop, probably some like :http://http://www.wwcomponents.net/. Make sure to get it silver coated, and send them the whole switch, lots of little springs and the alignment is important.

Some info on these switches - they are NOT load break switches. The ideal way is to open the main breaker, change to the position required and then close the main breaker again.
On the same note, if the generator is required, always make sure the generator is up to speed and running smoothly before putting the load on, otherwise the current could be a lot higher than required.
