Coolant change

Any advice on changing and flushing cooling system in 82FC. I have not
been under yet for a close look but will draining the radiator also
drain all the coolant from lines running to the back for hot water and
chassis heat? Any suggestion on flushing system or should I just drain
and refill with new coolant. I plan on using Cat antifreeze and
hopefully can determine the exact capacity. Thanks
