Chinese Tires

I am looking at some DURAMAX brand tires, made in China..
The 11RX22.5 16 ply, load capacity of 6610# singal,and 6005# Dual.
Price is an attractive $267 each,including some $28 Excise tax
What "exactly" are the drawback or advantage to these tires?
I realize that there is a stigma to anything Chinese, as it being
"Cheap Crap" (Much like General Motors comments on Toyotas in the
early 70s).
I plan to install these on my 73FC31, which weighs in at some 23,000#
Has anyone tried them, or will I be the "Experiment"?
