Any help welcome - > Bruce When I recently replaced both of my manifolds, I found good used ones at Diesel Exchange, Inc., phone # 1 800-343-7355. The main business of these people is rebuilding detroit diesel engines and they are very knowledgeable about parts. You may also check with Scharf & Company, phone number 800 727-4011. I purchased one of my manifolds and a pipe here because the cost was so reasonable. After all was said & done, I purchased both manifolds, one pipe and all gaskets for less than $350.00. When I installed the new manifolds per the specification given to me by Stewart & Stevenson, I torqued the manifold nuts to 35 Ft.Lbs. Also, if you have any rusted exhaust pipes you may want to consider using stainless steel flex pipes that can be purchased for around $15.00 a foot. I had to buy 11 feet to replace all of my exhaust piping from the turbo to the exhaust manifold. I hope this helps and I can be of any assistance let me know---been there and done that.
