Upper dash hinges down-- but how?
You do not need to swing the overhead dash down to remove the TV.
Pull the interior of the overhead storage areas on either side of the TV. They are held in place by 3 or 4 screws in the forward edge of the bottom of the storage compartment. Once they are out you can see what it takes to liberate the TV.
