Battery Isolator
Suggest you try the following in this order:
1. Press and hold the aux battery switch as you try to start the generator. The generator is started with the coach batteries which are dead but isolated from the rear chassis batteries. There may be enough in the chassis batteries (via pressing and holding the aux battery switch) to start the generator even though not enough to start the Cat. Let the generator charge both coach and chassis batteries for a while and then start the Cat. 2. Can you plug in the coach? If so plug it in which will charge both coach and chassis batteries for a while and then start the Cat . 3. Jump start the generator by jumping the coach batteries. Let the generator charge both coach and chassis batteries for a while and then start the Cat . Once things are running you will not have a ZF voltage problem. Be sure A/T switch is not off. --- In WanderlodgeForum@yahoogroups.com, dspithaler@a... wrote: > > Hi All Here is another battery problem.
