no hot water

hello, we havent written in in a long time. we left mt a couple of
days ago to washington. we have been staying in our bus a couple of
days with no problems. tonight we went to take showers and there is no
hot water. actually no water flow when we put the sink on hot. from
both sinks this happens. and from the shower there is no water flow at
all on hot or cold. when the shower valve is on and the bathroom sink
is turned on there is flow out of the tub spiggot as well as the sink.
but not hot. i looked in at the water heater and there is no leak and
it sounds like it is heating, a slight sound and the top feels warm.
any help appreciated.
