Cruise Control Actuator Vacumm Control Unit (Mounted on right side looking Aft)

I would like to know if the chain that attaches to the back of the
bellow of the Vacuum control unit should be a tight fit or hung loose
with a little slop. I suspect that the chain should be attached
tight
but when I first started to work on this unit the chain had about a
1/4
to 3/8 slack in it. If anyone knows where I can get a bellow for my
Vacuum control that mounts on the engine could they give an idea
where
I could order one from. The old one I have repaired by putting a
small
rubber patch on area that had rub on the steel attachment area was
leaking at that point. This whole area runs around in a circle and
has numerous cracks in it. I also spread some RTV in this cracked
area and it seems to hold when I put a suction on the bellow. But it
would be nice to have a new unit but can I get one? Jon
