Sewage odor

My tanks (and all plumbing for that matter) have been completely
drained since the end of November. When I drive my coach down the
road, a sewage smell fills the coach. Once parked, the smell will go
away and not come back until I drive again.

Obviously I need to clean the tanks out better...but any ideas why the
smell only comes when I am moving? Any tricks on cleaning the tanks
out? I have a rear bath.
