Sewage odor
If you completely drained the sewage lines you have no water in the
traps to prevent the sewage smell from entering the coach. With no water in the trap to the vent pipe the wind could generate positive pressure in the holding tank and then then odor could come up through the commode since there is no water in that trap. That's my guess.
