Question on a DC problem

Got a question on a DC problem. We were sitting in the Bird and all of
sudden, the lights starts to "flick" every 10 secs and a "clicking"
noise was coming from the right load center. Upon investigation, the
clicking noise was coming from a small black part which looks like a
relay. I have a picture but can't post it here.

Anyone know what this is and what could be the problem. Did the part
just fail or is there another problem somewhere else. I posted a
picture and placed a picture of the part in the album Curles_1985 PT-40.
