WiFi at Quartzsite
I have an iDirect account that is nominally 768K up, 2000K down on a 60:1
contention, so it averages about half the maximum.

Monday morning I called the guy who handles the network and told him I was
sharing with the Blue Bird group and needed some bandwidth, so he moved me to a
fairly open channel. We are getting 1000K up and 5000K down in the evening, with
about 2/3 of that during peak hours.
