Replacing glass in door window

I picked up a replacement window glass from BB while at the nest.
Has anyone ever replaced one of these? It is the stationary lower
pane. Looks like I would need to take out all the screws on the inner
frame, and remove the large black molding on the outside? If it is too
involved I'll take it to my local auto glass shop. I hate to do that,
it is like admitting defeat and it costs me money.
