RE: Television Upgrade In My LXi
Hi,
Maybe consider starting over. Do you use the FM? Its a 450 but same audio ideas I pulled out the Harmon Kardon amp . Put in a Visio sound bar, attached the DVD to that, Sat , cable and over the air to the TV. The Sub Bass is wireless so I put it where the amp was and attached the existing wires to the surround speakers . (I replaced them but Bose are fine there.) It's a Sony 43 inch so true Android for streaming. The Sony is thin around the outer 1 inch so it can overlap a little. The sound bar is bluetooth so streaming music is great. https://photos.app.goo.gl/q3eTJpDLh3W6K1aG8 Ross Ross MacKillop Wiarton Ontario 2006 450 Lxi |

Hi Ross
Sounds like you fixed your problem. Not sure where you are located. Any idea of where to look for someone to do the install? If I had a simple wiring diagram I could probably do it. Will appreciate any help. Thanks Urnie Urnie & Medie Krueger Yorkville, IL 2001 LXi One Slide 1983 FC35 sold |

Hi,
The wiring is quite easy. Label the rear speaker wires. Fishing a few HDMI cables. A guy at Best Buy could lay that out for you. Cutting out for the larger TV (Sony 43) and mounting it and the soundbar (Visio) took some fiddling.
