coolant hose to the water heater

I found my leak it is at the connection to the small hose that heats the hot
water when
traveling. shutting off the 4 gate valves does not shut that part off ( I
checked with Benny @
BB. the problem is I van see it but I cannot get to it. the hose is located on
the inside of the
frame with everything in its way.
any suggestions? it only drips 8-9 driops per minute when running but not at all
when shut
down.
