Has anyone tried replacing dual drive tires with super singles?
Hi Chet,
I'm guessing that they have a contract with some company to service
their rigs nomatter where they are.
I had a trucking company and contracted with Les Schwab to come to my
rigs wherever they may be. Only had to use them twice but was nice to
have the backup.

Check the defect investigations on NHTSA - 2005-2007 Bluebird (one

Ross,
I don't want to get into an argument with you about safety, but my remark was meant to imply thatthere is apparently no difference as far a safety is concerned between regular and super single tires. I doubt that any of the defect investigations by NHTSA or other rv tire failure deaths involved super singles. What impressed me with the Michelin videos was that they were running super singles even on the steer wheels While they are advertising their product those videos are impressive.
