Curt one way to help index them is to start a thread with the full year and the
model in the subject line then "files only"
IE " 1987 FC Files ONLY "

inthe description area you can make a statement about the attached files more
descript than the files section filename reveal.

in a message search of " 1987 files " or "FC Files" the thread should be
revealed and all the postings of different member shared and posted pdf's and
files will show up in the diary of the thread.

one question, are you using rich-text editor to post file up loads to a message?

Good thought for sure. A schematic might indicate 1987, I have found that some schematics cover the next model year, two or three, or more.  

The Yahoo Attachment section has no organization at this time. There is no Description area to fill in. At least none that I have found. The Subject in the email is what becomes the Title or Description in the Attachment section.    


I'm using Gmail email service to move the PDFs to Yahoo Attachments.
