How do you remove a Sharp microwave/convection oven?
Can't remember. I replaced my Sharp about 3 years ago and it was actually done
by a friend of mine while we were at Quartzsite. If I can find his email
address, I'll query him about it.

Eric: I talked with my friend about access to the fuse. He couldn't remember
and said he thought we had to remove the front of the unit, but he wasn't sure.
It's been quite a while since he worked on one.

How do you remove a Sharp microwave/convection oven?
I can find one screw on the top of the touchpad assembly, behind the upper
cover. That does not appear to release the touchpad. Actually after
corresponding with someone else from this forum I should have left the two upper
safety screws out of the microwave. The microwave would then be a LOT easier to
remove. Getting at the fuse isn't bad once the microwave is out. It's getting
the microwave out of the cabinet is the hard part (once you know the
combination.)

Thanks for the information Ron.
