Power steering problem
Hello, we were driving along and noticed all the sudden our bus was hard to
steer. We are now stopped at a rest area about 5 miles after we noticed and there is oil leaking at drivers side from about a 4ft 1 in diameter braided hose. Can we continue to drive to a shop without damaging components or do we need to stay put and attempt to fix it? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Power steering problem
Robert,
You should change the hose and refill your oil reservior before continueing, unless you are extremely near a repair facility. This is a high pressure system and the balance of your oil will leak out quickly.
Good luck.
