It's registered as a 2004, 2003 chassis, so it is a "U.S. Certified" vehicle, plus I have a letter from Prevost saying so. From what I can tell two forms need to be filled out, an EPA importation declaration form (3520-1) and an NHTSA Declaration form (HS-7), then I'll need a 'Bill of Sale' and the 'Canadian Registration'.

The bus has manufacturer-equipped EPA labels on the engine, in english, certifying it to be a U.S. Version, and on the chassis it has manufacturer-equipped labels certifying FMVSS compliance.

I believe I'm actually re-importing a U.S. Certified vehicle, which should simplify form HS-7. (Imported to the states, converted into a motorhome by a U.S. converter, sold and registered in the states, then in 2007 imported and registered in Canada).

Seems simple enough! Smile

David, that is everything you need, you should have no issues
